We loved the prime location, friendly staff, and the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel facilities. The hotel was conveniently located, allowing us to walk to all the attractions in this city in just one day. The staff went above and beyond, providing us with a sample routine for our city tour. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations and the facilities were modern and comfortable.

Our stay at 9 House was delightful. The room was small but conveniently designed, with handy storage space and a large TV and fridge. The attached cafe was a lovely convenience for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central and within walking distance of many attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is amazing. It was easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Our room had a great view and the interior design was beautiful. We also appreciated the fact that the staff spoke great English and were very friendly.
The room was not very clean. There were some dirty areas like the sink and the bath.

Great location and helpful staff, with nice views out of the window onto the trees. The rooms had good amenities and were comfortable to stay in.
The cleanliness of the hotel is below average, with the room floors and curtain smelling dusty, some parts of the room were not cleaned such as spaces in between the furniture, and the bathroom had hair all over the water drain. Some rooms also lacked the amenities promised in the descriptions.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. the facilities are great, including strong AC and free WiFi. the rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, with clean bathrooms and good views from some of the rooms.
Some guests have mentioned disorganised staff on arrival, but this is a minor issue in an otherwise great hotel.
